聰 是 一 名 失 明 的 啞 巴 、 父 母 雙 亡 的 孤 兒 ， 在 醫 院 任 職 盲 人 凸 字 和 錄 音 技 師 。 性 格 樂 觀 的 她 ， 毫 不 介 意 青 苦 的 生 活 ， 何 況 他 還 有 惟 一 的 朋 友 女 護 士 秋 男 ， 聰 心 儀 秋 男 ， 但 不 敢 表 白 。 一 天 ， 聰 被 車 撞 到 ， 醒 來 時 發 現 已 經 死 去 ， 聰 向 掌 管 天 使 吐 出 心 事 。 天 使 特 准 他 回 人 間 五 日 將 心 事 了 結 ， 把 秋 男 交 托 給 胡 醫 生 ……

Onion is blind, mute and orphaned at a young age. Despite his misfortunes, he remains upbeat and outgoing; though he's never plucked up the courage to declare his love for Autumn, a nurse at the hospital where he works as an audio tape typist. One day, Onion gets run over by a car, and finds himself in transit to Polaris. However, no one could embark on the journey with a negative disposition. Having been one hell of an unlucky guy in life, Onion asks his celestial escort for one chance - to return to Earth for five days, to make Autumn happy.
